ITC Packaging incorporates its first thermoformed packaging line

The company from Ibi recently announced the incorporation of its first thermoformed packaging line, a crucial decision that will strengthen its position in the industry, which will enable it to supply an even bigger range of packaging solutions to its customers.
The introduction of the new thermoformed packaging line is part of the ambitious strategic plan of ITC Packaging, designed to position the company as being a benchmark in global packaging solutions. With the incorporation of this new technology, ITC will significantly increase its range of products, to round off its already diversified portfolio.
Recently, ITC Packaging announced a major organisational restructuring in the company focusing its key areas of activity on diversification, internationalization and expansion. Its entry into the thermoformed packaging sector is part of this new strategy that advocates investment and the creation of this new division in order to satisfy the needs of its customers.
ITC currently has 3 production centres located in the towns of Ibi (Alicante) and Sopelana (Vizcaya). The new thermoformed packaging line will be added to the ITC Packaging industrial park in the first quarter of 2024, which includes more than 50 robotic IML (In-Mould Labelling) injectors to produce thin wall packaging and more than 10 PET (single and two-step) blow moulding stations.
