Since 2006, ITC Packaging has been granted with the "BRC for Packaging" seal that guarantees the safety, legality and quality of all the packaging manufactured at our plants. Currently considered as the benchmark framework to ensure the quality of packaging for the food industry, as well as other sectors, the BRC (British Retail Consortium) packaging standard is a highly sought after certification by food manufacturers since it meets all the requirements demanded in terms of risk management, staff, facilities, quality, product safety, product and process control, and many more.
In addition, ITC Packaging's environmental management system has achieved the ISO 14001:2005 certification, a procedure that includes both its processes and facilities from an environmental responsibility point of view acknowledging our exhaustive analysis of all possible hazards and the action plans implemented to correctly manage these.
Our plants are equipped with one of the most innovative machinery fleets in Europe. We have over 60 fully electric and hybrid injection moulding machines. Our industrial park is also complemented by cutting edge IML robotic technology equipment and all the latest machine vision technology to provide onsite monitoring of the production process.
