ITC Packaging has developed a cutting-edge technology: TWI-PET, that allows us to be pioneers in the manufacture of thin-walled containers made through PET injection.

High transparency & 100% recyclable

TWI-PET containers allow the integration of IML decoration, offering high transparency that enhances the product on the shelf. TWI-PET containers are 100% recyclable and can incorporate up to 30% recycled PET.

Thanks to their PET composition, TWI-PET containers provide a thin-wall alternative to replace applications traditionally developed in polystyrene (PS), enabling better integration into existing recycling streams.

 

    An efficient solution

    This new manufacturing system developed by ITC enables a 15% reduction in wall thickness compared to other injection containers, optimizing the weight. Industrially we have managed to reduce the injection cycle by up to 10%, achieving high manufacturing efficiency.
